Deep Ideas is an authorised X-Scooter Repair Centre. We hold a large inventory of replacement parts for the X-Scooter in order to turn around your repairs as quickly as possible.

All warranty repairs will be subject to the conditions of the warranty.

Non-warranty repairs are subject to the following costs:

• Delivery and return shipping.
  You are welcome to drop off/collect the X-Scooter at one of our locations (Oxford/Northampton). If we are anywhere in the vicinity of your location, we can drop by to collect.
• The cost of any parts used for the repair.
  You will be informed of these costs before we repair the X-Scooter. If for any reason the parts change you will be contacted to approve this before the work is completed.
• Labour charged at £30 per hour.
  We do not have any minimum charges, so if your X-Scooter takes 2 minutes to fix, you will not receive any labour charges.
