OSTC MKII Dive Computer: Now Shipping

We are delighted to announce that the OSTC MKII Dive Computer is now in stock and shipping.

On sale for £620 the MKII ships pre-loaded with 1.50GA S/W and comes complete with a hard carry case and USB cable.

In addition to the S/W features of the successful OSTC 1, the OSTC MKII boasts a full colour 2.4″ oLED screen, a user replaceable & rechargeable Li-ion battery, fully potted internals to give it a 140m depth rating. Note that the MKII does *not* support o2 cell reading or online deco information. If you require such functionality the Dr-5 is on its way…

OSTC MK.1 No Longer Available

In preparation of the imminent arrival of the OSTC MKII the OSTC MKI has been withdrawn from sale.

The OSTC will continue to be supported from both a H/W and a S/W perspective but please note that whilst the S/W branches for the OSTC MKI and the OSTC MKII are developed and released in parallel they are not the same. ***Be sure to install the correct S/W onto your computer!***

The OSTC Mk II is going to be released soon. Initial estimates are that it will be available at the end of October.The specification of the new OSTC MKII:

- Open Source Firmware with full schematic of the hardware
- 5 Preconfigured Trimix gases + 1 Trimix configurable during the Dive
- Fixed SetPoint CCR (Three Setpoints + 5 Bailouts)
- Excellent PC Software Support with JDiveLog and Divinglog

- User replaceable Li-Ion Battery with coin-slot battery cover

- 4mm highly scratch-resistant borosilicate Glass display
- Electronics completely encapsulated, no airspace left to crush or flood

OSTC Firmware: 1.50GA Released

OSTC Firmware 1.50 is now Generally Available.

It is recommended that all OSTC users upgrade to this release.Release 1.40>1.50 activity summary:
